  • A timeline detailing actions and due dates with respect to marketing and process
  • Sample agreements and conditions for familiarity

I offer an exclusive web tool to organize the buyers that have seen the property. This helps the both us by:

  • Showing how many times the property has been shown and when
  • Displaying any feedback received
  • A summary of the competition and any updates to their status, i.e. reductions, sales, etc.
  • A summary of the comparable sold homes in the marketplace

I offer a thorough assessment of your home, including municipal assessments, registry data, and MLS historical data.

I use multi-vector marketing to hone in on the likely demographic that will be purchasing your home. Vectors include: internet, newspapers, flyers, calling, open houses, networking, location dependent and independent variables, etc. I try to provide the most efficient methods of advertising for my clients, meeting their needs as well as those of the marketplace. The MLS hits thousands of buyers everyday. A properly configured listing is important.
