Steven Vieira
Growing up in Toronto offered Steven Vieira the opportunity to try a symphony of different things. He was always drawn toward music and water. After attending St. Michael’s Choir School, Steve went on to complete a Bachelor of Music at the University of Toronto. Here he was given the opportunity to play the Gamelan and Taiko. His major instrument was piano and he studied music theory and history. After singing in several choirs, he decided to conduct a community choir which he still enjoys today. He is also learning to play the violin.
Spending summers at the family cottage, Steve grew up around water and boats. He has always enjoyed boating from an early age. Today he sails Albacores out of the Toronto Island Sailing Club. He finds it a consistent challenge which brings about a certain “joie de vivre” while sailing these wonderful boats. Toronto has one the largest fleets of Albacores which consistently race on Friday nights in the world.
Real Esate and Steven Vieira have always danced around each other. He grew up in a real estate family. His dad, uncle, and a few cousins were practicing Real Estate. He remembers helping his dad at his brokerage for several years while in high school. Knowing what a life in Real Estate was like, Steve knew that this was a good fit and decided to follow his family in this exciting industry. He chose Royal Lepage Real Estate Services Ltd. because of their commitment to their employees, brokers, sales representatives, and their high level of client care and professionalism. They are a direct descendant of A.E. LePage, a truly Canadian company, from sea to sea.
